You’ll quickly move on to create zingy lemon raspberry drizzle cakes, adding a burst of flavour with homemade lemon and orange syrup. Striving for simplicity, Benjamina will then teach you her go-to one-bowl carrot cake, along with her deliciously decadent no-fat chocolate swiss roll, both perfect additions to any afternoon tea.
